04Mission Solidarity and the fight against poverty

Nobody should have to choose between the rent and the groceries

A family that arrives with no network has no safety net. A job lost, a delay in status, one unexpected bill, and everything tips within weeks. We offer help that is concrete, discreet, and free of humiliating conditions.

4.1

Food aid

We provide groceries, food baskets, one-off emergency help and snack bags, from donations given by bakeries, individuals and families. Distribution is on Fridays and Saturdays.

What to know before you come:

  • Help is available all year round, on request
  • Distribution happens in a discreet space, away from the other activities
  • Nothing about your situation is passed to anyone

4.2

Material help

Beyond food, a household setting up has real material needs: furniture, winter clothing, school supplies, baby items and appliances.

Depending on what has been donated and what we have, we can supply some items directly or point you to an organisation that offers them.

4.3

Pointing you to emergency resources

Some situations are beyond what we can do. When that happens we send you straight to the right service, and we stay available afterwards.

The numbers to call are at the top of this page, so they can be read without having to look for them.

4.4

Solidarity campaigns

Several times a year we run a collection for one specific need: back-to-school, the change of season, moving season. Every campaign states its goal, its deadline, and exactly what the money is used for.
