Significant Event.

Peace and blessings of God be upon you.

We remind you of the importance of the blessed days of the month of Muharam, one of the sacred months of the Hegrian calendar. This year, the 9th day corresponds to Friday, July 4, 2025, the 10th day (‘Achoura) to Saturday, July 5, and the 11th day to Sunday, July 6.
Prophet Moussa (عليه السلام) fasted on the day of ‘Ashoura to thank Allah for saving him and his people from Pharaoh’s oppression. The Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم advised us to fast on this day, and to add a day before or after it, to distinguish ourselves from other communities.
💡 So it is recommended to fast:
Either the 9th and 10th days, that is Friday July 4th and Saturday July 5th
Either the 10th and 11th days, that is Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July
Fasting on the day of ‘Ashoura erases minor sins of the past year, by the mercy of Allah جل جلاله.
This is a precious opportunity to renew our commitment to Him, purify our hearts, and multiply good actions.
Allah says in the Qur’an :
“Eat and drink pleasantly for what you have accomplished in the past days. »
[Surah Al-Haqqah – verse 24]
📿 May these days be for us a time of getting closer to Allah, meditation and gratitude.
May Allah accept our efforts, forgive us our mistakes and grant us success in here and the hereafter.
