    A corporate member of the corporation is any corporation, partnership, association or legal person interested in the purposes and activities of the corporation and complying with the admission standards established from time to time by resolution of the board of directors, to which the board of directors, upon request for that purpose, grants the status of corporate member. Corporate members are not entitled as such to attend meetings of members, but they may, by written notice given to the secretary of the corporation, designate a representative, who automatically benefits from the status of active member of the corporation and enjoys as such all the rights and powers granted by these by-laws to active members of the corporation, including the right to attend and vote at meetings of members and to be eligible as directors of the corporation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    A member enjoying active member status as a designated representative of a corporate member is automatically disqualified as an active member in the event of:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    (a) his dismissal by the corporate member who designated him; o\u00a0<\/p>

    (b) the withdrawal or removal of the corporate member who designated him.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Any corporate member may at any time dismiss its representative by notifying the member and the secretary of the corporation in writing of such dismissal, and replace such representative with another person, by written notice given to the secretary of the corporation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
